Appetite is proud to present Mise en Place.

The creative space at the intersection of food, art, and music sits one floor above Nouri, chef-owner Ivan Brehm’s Michelin-starred restaurant. It opened in 2020 with an aim to forge a community that cuts across boundaries.

This month, it welcomes guests to experience the works of Mauricio Alejo, Lesley-Anne Cao, Chen Wei, Catherine Hu, Chayanin Kwangkaew, and Genevieve Leong. The exhibition takes Appetite’s own site as a starting point to explore the poetics of the everyday, subverting the familiar through wit and humour.
